So sorry to hear of John's passing. We where great friends during our school days and late teens back in Essex but regrettably lost contact when John moved to Surrey. I was in the process of trying to locate John after many years and was so saddened to be greeted with this news.
I'll always treasure the memories of training Martial Arts together in John's garden and discussing our shared love of cinema. He really was one of the most sincere, warm and nicest guys I've known. Sleep well till we meet again. Rest in peace buddy.
